What we do
TerraGo Real Estate Limited buys and surveys estate land, then sells individual titled plots on instalment plans: daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly, over 12 or 24 months, with no down payment, no bank and no salary letter. The title is held by TerraGo while you pay, and you get the title when your last instalment clears.
Since 2023: seven estates. five sold out. Most of our buyers are women, and more than half choose the 24-month plan.
