Pick the plan that fits how your money comes in.
Daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. 12 or 24 months. No down payment, no bank, no salary letter.
Use the calculator to see every plan side by side: the payment and the total. Nothing is hidden and you do not have to talk to anyone to get your number.
Work out your payment
A 50 by 100 plot at Bara Estate is about 16.5M. Change this to any budget. This is what you pay if you are buying in cash right now.
| Plan | You pay | Total you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Quarterly | UGX 2,734,389 | UGX 21,875,109 |
| Monthly | UGX 939,083 | UGX 22,537,991 |
| Weekly | UGX 219,898 | UGX 22,869,432 |
| Daily | UGX 31,782 | UGX 23,200,873 |
On a 24-month contract, paying monthly instead of daily saves you UGX 662,882 on this plot.
Choose the plan that fits how your money comes in. If you can manage a longer gap
between payments, you keep more.
The cheapest way to buy this plot is 12 months, paid quarterly: UGX 19,223,580 in total.
That is UGX 3,977,293 less than the
24-month daily plan.
Why does paying daily cost more?
A daily plan means we collect 730 separate payments over two years instead of 24. Each collection carries a mobile money charge and staff time to follow up. That cost is built into the daily price. We would rather show you this than hide it.
How the plans work
- Every plan covers the same plot at the same cash price. The plan only changes how you pay.
- Your payment amount is fixed from your first instalment to your last. No surprises, no adjustments.
- Longer gaps between payments cost less in total. Quarterly is always the cheapest route; daily is the most expensive, because 730 small collections cost more to run than 8 large ones.
- You pay by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard).
- When your last instalment clears, you get the title. Until then it is held safely by TerraGo. Here is how to verify that yourself.
What you need to start
- No deposit. Your first instalment starts the plan.
- No salary letter, no payslip, no guarantor.
- No collateral and no existing title. Ugandan banks do not finance land purchase. TerraGo does.
- A phone with mobile money, and your national ID for the sale agreement.
If you can pay quarterly, you keep the most
The 12-month quarterly plan is the lowest-cost plan we offer, with no deposit, no collateral and no salary letter. If your income arrives in larger, less frequent amounts (harvest income, school-term business, contract work), it is the strongest-value route to a title we offer.
If your money comes in daily or weekly, those plans exist so you can start now instead of saving up. Just know what the convenience costs. The calculator shows it plainly.
